Payment conditions

Application fee:
The application fee is returned in case of non-admission. If admitted, it is deducted from the total tuition fees. If you cancel, it remains valid for 12 months.

Reservation fee:
Required to guarantee your place. The reservation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. For courses with admission, you must have an admission letter before paying this fee.

Tuition payment:
The remaining fees must be paid at least 30 days before the start (for courses with admission) or 7 days before (for courses without requirements). Late payments may result in losing your place.

Payment in instalments:
Available for some courses with a 5% to 8% surcharge. Deadlines are strictly between the 1st and 5th of the month.

Deferrals:
You can postpone your start for up to 12 months if you notify us 6 weeks in advance. This carries a 250€ administrative fee.

Interruptions:
– Involuntary: (Illness/Accident) Can be paused for 12 months with a medical certificate.
– Voluntary: No refunds or exemptions from financial commitments once the course has started.

Payment Methods:
Cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. Important: All international bank commissions must be covered by the student.

Late payments:
A supplement of 20€ per week will be applied to any late payments.
